Flat reservation
Any flat ordered on our site can be reserved on a certain date and time from three day's term and more.
In case of less term rent we guarantee your settling in the flat vacant at the moment of your arrival according to your price category.
For reserving you need to make the forehand payment for the first day of living in the flat. Up-front money is included to the general cost for living and is excluded at the full payment.
If you haven't arrived the up-front money isn't returned. The date of reservation can not be postponed. On the day of your arrival you have to pay for all ordered number of nights.

Our company works in the sphere of hotel since 2000 year.
Photographs of all flats on our site can be reserved on a certain date by the way of up-front money payment.
We fully guarantee client's settling in the flat that was reserved and paid in advance (including force majeure circumstances, see above).
We prefer working with regular clients. That's why we don't give hollow promises, reserving one flat but settling to another (with the exception of force majeure circumstances).
If we are not sure about the possibility of reserving a certain flat we notify about it beforehand.
Terms of settling. Terms of departure
Settling time - 1 p.m. Departure time - 12 p.m.
If you want to arrive to the flat earlier inform us in advance. In case the flat is vacant on the eve of your arrival, you can settle at any comfortable for you time free of charge. But we don't give a quarantee in that case. For a quarantee settling pay the up-front money for the previous rent day early in the morning. This additional payment is caused by the fact that we have to inform other clients on account of settling.
If you want to leave the flat later than 12 p.m. inform about it beforehand. Rent prolongation by 6 p.m. is possible in case of half of the flat's cost payment, after 6 p.m. - full cost per 24 hours.
If you don't want to pay spare money for additional time and you need to stay in town for a while, you can leave your luggage at our office in Prospekt Myru Str., Rivne (the town center) by 8 p.m. or by 12 p.m. if you have arrived earlier.

Residential rules in the flat
We rent the flats daily.
If you rent a flat for other purposes (office meeting, birthday etc.) and also if you arrive with pets, you have to inform the company's workers in advance and coordinate certain points of your staying in the rented flat.
At the moment of settling you sign the agreement about daily rent and pay full-term payment for staying in the flat.
On the day of your departure our manager will come to the flat to take the keys and check the working order of furniture and techniques.
You are responsible for the keys while they are at your disposal. If you have lost the keys, you have to compensate expenses on purchase and setting a new lock.
You must behave yourselves according to moral and ethical standart. Loud music, screams or your hooligan actions can cause neighbours' complaints and you can be evicted from the rented flat without notification and compensation of your payment for the full staying term. In case of making property or equipment losses in the flat you have to compensate all the axpenses connected with repairs.
